Think luxe nightclub meets elegant dining experience - the ambiance at Humo is equally as fabulous as the international food is inspired. Every dish is full of unique and complimentary flavors, and the presentation of each plate gives main character energy, specifically the unveiling of your entrée by the lifting of a clear bowl to debut your meal in a cloud of steam. And as a brussels sprouts connoisseur, these are one of my favorites here in Puerto Rico.
